In this guided practice, we go beneath the surface of the label “challenge”, “anxiety”, “stress”, and “overwhelm” and explore it as a collection of sensory experiences. You’ll be invited to slow down and gently notice where anxiety lives in your body, what it feels like, what images or voices accompany it, and how it moves. By tuning into these subtle internal signals, known in NLP as submodalities, you’ll begin to break the pattern and loosen it’s grip. This is the first step to transforming your relationship with your feelings from the inside out.
